You can use this for keeping things off the floor. Hang shovels or other heavy tools to make things easier to reach.
b. Clear Plastic Boxes
Use these for keeping items as they are light, durable, and easily viewed.
c. Large Hooks
Use large hooks for hanging items such as ski or ropes to avoid tripping.
d. Hanging Basket Or Rack
Not sure where to place other items when you reach home? Install hanging metal baskets or rack to place anything. Doing so will keep things off the floor.
Cover Floors With Mat
It’s not too late to protect your garage floor from the harsh snow. Before installing any floor covering, make sure that you have cleared the floors from dust or other dirt. You can then make any repairs in the garage such as leaks, cracks, and so on. The best mat to install is a garage floor containment mat. This will guard your floor against moisture build-up, snow, mud, and other contaminants from your car.
Clean After The Mess
Who says you can’t clean during winter? If the weather is too unbearable, that’s fine. However, as much as possible, it’s better to clean up after the mess in the garage. Cleaning up after the mess will prevent major problems such as contaminants that are difficult to eliminate after winter.
