Vienna sunroom addition with decking wins COTY-award for Best Residential Exterior

A 676 square foot sunroom addition to a Colonial style-home in Vienna has won a “Contractor of the Year” (COTY) merit award for Michael Nash Kitchen and Homes. The innovative indoor-outdoor solution was named the Washington-area’s “Best Residential Exterior” in the $100,000 to $200,000 range by the National Association of the Remodeling Industry’s (NARI) metro DC chapter. The project’s far-reaching scope includes a hexagonal-shaped sunroom, extensive decking, a ground-level patio and an upper deck off the master bedroom.
