Older couple looking to vastly upgrade and re-space their old builder grade master bath

Old soaker tub and deck, dominated floor space a small shower and closet right next to each other was not meeting their day to day needs and the small shower was not comfortable for their use.

Solution –

Take space from next door closet to enlarge shower

Added built in niches and bench with luxurious new custom frameless enclosure

Installed new Napoleon tub with telephonic plumbing

New high end marble floor and wall tile,

Installed marble countertops,

Energy efficient faucets and rain shower accessories.

Rich java colored vanities and bench

Elegant light sconces on the mirrors were also installed to give a touch of added style.

The new layout offers client more freedom to roam without the danger of bumping into things like before and now have the style of a bathroom seen in luxury hotels
