2002 Colonial home in Sterling VA owned into a builder grade kitchen. New homeowner wanted to have a contemporary style kitchen with all upgraded appliances.
She wanted espresso shaker style cabinetry with a contrasting light color exotic granite counter top accompanied with a subway style back splash tile.
New flooring extended the space beyond the space. The improved lighting and added contemporary style pendent and chandelier are part of new kitchen.
The mud room, Laundry room and powder were rearranged and remodeled as part of the grand scheme of this project.
