MODERNIZE THAT EMPTY-NESTER HOUSE PLAN

Tearing down the walls in your home may seem like a colossal task, but we got that covered for you, just like in this renovation. Here is an excellent example of how we thoughtfully designed a house plan when the children had grown up and moved out. We connected the kitchen with the living and dining rooms by removing the walls. This open space results in an improved traffic flow for the homeowners and their guests, who can now quickly move around. One of the best courses of action for a floor plan of this type is to add skylights, recess lights, and pendant lights. Having two skylights adds plenty of daylight which helps illuminate the dark granite countertop. Another critical aspect of the renovation was moving the door to the parking garage to a new location; as a result, we created a much bigger space for the stove and hood.
