Objectives:
- A large gaming area for four kids and friends
- The space was in a need to have a interior structure element to be different than rest of the house
- A casual seating and relaxing area
- Additional entertaining area
- Lots of window and added lights
- A balcony area for barbeque and outdoor seating

Challenges: the space that was designated currently is over a shed area occupied by compressor, hot water flu,
The main wall of the addition was taken the attention away from the rest of the new room , so we added this stone walls as a interior element to have a create a new and different character for this space
The design team suggested an addition with three sides on full windows offering a panoramic view of the beautiful backyard.
French doors leading you to a balcony over the lower office space.
A stone mantel gas leg fireplace covered in field stone. AV ready space connected with a flat screen TV above the fireplace.
Featuring item of this project is stone work on the main wall and 2 ft walls of surrounding this room. This stone work makes a relaxing yet transforming effect for this space.
Skylights and lighting fixtures make the cathedral ceiling stand tall.
The stacked stone was carefully selected to complement the wood floor, fireplace stone and the theme of this gaming area.
They are pleased with this transformation of space, giving the kids an area to hang out and chill, shoot pools with friends, or watch the Sunday football game in front of fireplace.
All and all an outdoor space but indoor. A supervising and different interior element set this project from any other its in own class.
