This existing colonial home had a lot of limitations for her to be able to be able to move around freely while the homeowner was away during the day an additional great room Design an 18’ x 26’ addition as a great room on the back of the house
Removal of the load bearing wall between the kitchen and the new addition
Redesign the entire kitchen by relocating the garage and taking advantage of the shared wall between the kitchen and the dining room
The hall way powder room has been removed and we have created a wide hall way leading from the front foyer into the back addition
The old family room now is the first floor bedroom with a closet and a large bay window with a bench.
