A family in the Alexandria, va area own a business that they run out the home which makes them run of space on the second floor. They wanted a large master bedroom master bath walk-in closet and connecting laundry room. On the main level we have converted the old narrow carport into a wide single garage and work shop, right above that we built a master suite with a full bath, laundry room and walk-in closet. Also converting a small bedroom to a loft, a new HVAC system was installed for entire second floor, the entire floor was new hardwood flooring. The couple now enjoys working out of the comfort of their new home.
