Home Addition – 2109

After being in their Woodbridge home for over 28 years, they wanted more out their place. Last year we have built a beautiful sunroom for them and they are loving it. Their home located in a beautiful wood lot with simply gorgeous backyard and scenery made them taking their retiring days outdoor.

This time they wanted a covered porch with a multi-level deck just outside of the new sunroom. A large patio with fireplace and place to spend chilly falls night by the fire.

Our staff went to work and drew up 16’x25’ covered porch with cedar panel ceiling a linear gas fireplace with Tv mounted above it embedded on wrapped around stone chimney.

A place to lounge and watch football games. Adding two large skylights brightened up this porch area.

Covered with porcelain floor tiles, we also created a much-needed storage space just below the covered porch area for their lawn mowers and storing yard furniture’s.

A Trex covered deck was made by the way of few steps outside of the porch and then leading into large flagstone covered patio.

The deck was used for dining and grilling while they get to enjoy their grandkids run around the backyard and patio area.

Making marsh mellows over the wooded fireplace while looking out the breathtaking this outdoor living space has been unimaginable for them.

The smart use of post light, LED lighting and stone columns have brightened this outdoor space at dawn.
