Older Rambler in heart of Vienna woods neighborhood was about to join the rest of revamped and upscale homes of this community.

They were about to go from a 1200 square foot one story, with cramped small kitchen, three small bedrooms and two tiny baths to 3000 square foot five bedrooms, upper-level laundry, four and half bath, main level office, huge kitchen, side door mud room, a great room connecting with large double sliding door to outdoor screen porch and a deck.

Our design staff came up with a second story addition to accommodate all five of them and visiting relatives. The new pop-up addition with 9 feet high ceiling included Master suite with tray ceiling and big windows facing beautiful backyard scenery, a large master bath with walk in shower, built ins whirlpool and two large walk closets with closet systems, large laundry room, three large bedrooms, princess bathroom suite and a joining bathroom for two younger boys.

Tearing down all interior walls of entire main level. Adding a new front porch to convert this ramble to an art & craft home. Two large sliding doors connecting front porch to main level office and guest bedroom. Main level facing directly to an open layout kitchen with a large eating island.

The great room is furnished with linear gas fireplace covered with floor to ceiling ledgestone is the jewel of this all. The first floor was bumped up to a 10 feet ceiling with large coved crown molding, lots of recess lights, 7 ” wide plank grey stained flooring, cable yarn railing system and a lot more of contemporary flairs just the way she imagined it.

The exterior covered up with denim blue hardie plank skirted with blue stone water table. These are all her favorite color schemes. The back screen porch and Trex wrap around decking makes their outdoor living worth a lot for every one of them. Hot pink for the little princess quarter, sky blues and navy blue for the boys just make this home one to come to everyday. accents wall tiles, soft color in kitchen and great room and lots of amenities make this home stand tall in their entire neighborhood.
