Single family home in herndon occupied by a young couple expecting their second child, and running out of room on the main level and expecting to have a live-in nanny. The basement was finished into 6 different areas, a full bedroom with closets and egress windows connecting to a full bathroom, a large family area that contains a media center surrounded built-ins, a bar area and a play area with built-in for toy storage space. There were two other rooms built, one was an in-home gym and the other was a craft room. We have kept this contemporary theme through-out with a mixture of carpeting, porcelain tiles and stones. The bar area consist of a dishwasher a bar sink a beverage center and under cabinet refrigerator and storage, this area serves not only as a bar but as a kitchenette for the lower suite when the lower suite is being occupied.
