Customer wanted bigger breakfast area, expanded kitchen, better layout, and a sun room
The old deck was not desirable and did not fit their life style, the old Jacuzzi was waster and unattractive. Design team suggested demolition of deck and create a techno style stone patio with a water feature on corner to view from new sunroom and family room, a short wall all around with matching stone and decorative light on parameter are highlights of this project.
Also replacing the old deck with new addition that can expansion of kitchen, breakfast room as well as sun room use. Focusing of long panoramic backyard scenic view and directing all interior attention toward it was a main agenda of design team. We also installed a stone corner water feature with interior light make this patio a delight to spend time
